'SavoryNook started from a humble vision: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Initiated by the Moretti household in 1985, our pizza shop opened as a quaint, family-directed business with recipes passed down for generations.

Marco Moretti, our innovator, honed her pizza craft on her voyages across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizza masters in Naples — the cradle of pizza. Upon her UK return, she set out to replicate the magic of authentic Italian pizza using age-old techniques and premium components.

Our journey began in a cozy pizzeria seating just 12, and has since grown into a cherished neighborhood gem, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. We still employ classic wood-burning oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and procure the choicest ingredients available.

Currently, 'SavoryNook is still in the hands of the founding family, with the subsequent generation of the Moretti lineage steering our dedicated crew. Although we’ve adopted certain contemporary advancements, our core mission endures: to forge delectable, authentic pizza that unites folks.
